Sacchetto

Sacchetto

The Sacchetto is the supreme design in shoemaking. The name is derived from Italian sacchetto, meaning “little sack”. Instead of a midsole, shoes made using this technique have the soft leather lining stitched into the upper leather like a little sack which envelopes the foot like a glove. The result of this technique is exceptional comfort paired with incredible softness and flexibility. Sacchetto shoes can therefore withstand being bent significantly without suffering damage. At NAVYBOOT, we offer a range of timelessly elegant women’s shoes made using the Sacchetto technique.
