Delivery in Switzerland is always free of charge if the order value is above 50 CHF. Returns are free of charge for registered customers.

You can register at the checkout under "My Account". If you are logging in for the first time, you must confirm your e-mail address by clicking on the link provided in the e-mail.

Our standard delivery method in Switzerland is Swiss Post Priority "Registered". If you place your order by 12:00, it will be delivered the next working day.


Returns are free of charge for registered customers. If you place your order with us as a guest, you have to cover the return costs yourself.

For returns, please use the enclosed return form. If you are a registered customer, your return form will contain a barcode for the Swiss Post. You can use it to return your order at your nearest post office.

If you ordered as a guest, your returns note will have no barcode.

Order status

You can check the status of your order at any time on this page or under your account.


Refunds will be made to your selected means of payment as soon as the returned item arrives in our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has arrived and the refund will follow. Depending on the credit card provider, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
