You can access the NAVYBOOT website at any time without disclosing your personal information.

We only ask for personal information where this is necessary to provide our services and/or to process transactions, such as, for example, when you subscribe to the newsletter, open a “My account” customer account or make orders in our Online Shop. We collect and process your personal information carefully and only for the purposes described in said Privacy Policy and only to the extent required for those purposes. We keep your personal information only for as long as is necessary to provide our services or until you apply for it to be deleted.


Various access data are stored when you access our website (such as IP address, date and time of access, name of retrieved file etc.). This data is stored without reference to the individual visitor; this means that the information will remain anonymous and therefore your identity will not be disclosed. We use this data to continually improve our website, to generally perform analyses, and to gear our marketing initiatives to the identifiable requirements of users.

Registered customers will receive an email, reminding them of placed but not yet purchased products in their shopping cart. This email will be for information only and will be sent 24h after leaving the shopping card without purchase.


Once you have subscribed to our newsletter you will receive regular updates about our new products, upcoming events and other related topics, either by email or by post. By subscribing you authorise us to use the personal information you have provided for communication and promotional purposes as well as for the purpose of conducting statistical analyses. A. Orders

We use your personal information requested by us during your order process so that we can fulfil your order impeccably. We transmit this information to selected external service providers who handle logistics and payment and credit card processing. These providers are permitted to use your personal information exclusively to process the purchase and exclusively in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

B. „MyNAVYBOOT“ customer account

NAVYBOOT enables you to open a personal “My account” customer account in the Online Shop, which means you no longer have to enter your personal information (such as your name or address details) when you make your next purchase. When you call our Online Shop next time, you simply have to enter your user name and password and the missing details are then automatically entered into the order form.

By opening the “My account” customer account you authorise us to use the personal information you have provided for communication and promotional purposes as well as to conduct statistical analyses, for example concerning the orders you have made. Your data will, however, under no circumstances be forwarded by us to third parties.

You may update or delete your personal information at any time. This may be done directly in the customer account using the corresponding link or you can email us at

C. Direct orders

You can of course use the Online Shop even if you do not have a customer account. In this case enter the information necessary for processing the purchase in the order form. This personal information will be used solely for the purpose of implementing the specific order.

D. Credit cheks

We carry out credit checks to prevent any problems with payment collection. The corresponding data may be transmitted for this purpose to carefully selected service providers who check your credit rating.


A “cookie” is a small text file which is sent to your computer and stored on it as soon as you reach our website.
